All orders are processed within 1 business day of being placed.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Note: During busy periods (e.g. product launches or promotions), processing times may be slightly longer.

We currently only ship to the UK.

We may offer free shipping.

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.
🛑 6. Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your order hasn’t arrived within 7 business days of your shipping confirmation, please contact us at hello@rinsdkit.com and we’ll help sort it out.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or courier strikes, but we’ll always try to help where we can.
